I totally get it! And ‘how do you I know?’ you ask? Well, because I lived it through my own personal experience.
I was single for quite some time as I really didn’t start dating until my mid-late twenties… and boy was it a rocky road! I never thoughtfully considered or intentionally learned the do's and don'ts of singlehood and dating. As a result, I fumbled my way through my dating years and made many relationship blunders, ignored glaring red flags, and made poor relationship choices fueled by fear and insecurity.
This was not part of the master plan.
Let's be honest.
being single can be hard.
Quite the impressive relationship resume, huh?!
It wasn't until I took some time to become deeply introspective on who I truly was and how I was showing up, reorient myself to my God-given purpose and became intentional about my dating choices, that things started to change.
By the time I was 32, I had been in multiple failed relationships, endured heartbreak after heartbreak and had a failed engagement under my belt.
I uncovered negative mindsets, behaviors and habits that were holding me back and was able to transform my single season and dating life. My next dating relationship eventually became my now husband. I could not be any happier as we are blessed with a healthy, happy and fulfilling marriage! Now, I look back on my single years and realize they formed the foundation of the wife and mother I am today!
There is so much I know now that I wish someone had told my younger self. Whether you are navigating the highs and lows of singlehood, dating or finding your footing after a broken relationship, you don't have to walk that path alone. My passion is to equip you with the confidence, clarity and resilience needed to launch you into the next phase of your life!
